This is how I make them however to be fluffy and dissolve the salt into the egg evenly when you remove from heat you cover and let the steam plump the egg and prevent the bottom from over cooking. The most fluffy and tasty scrambled eggs you ever tasted. Also keeps eggs warm while plating or waiting on toast or bacon to be plated.
