I did not have pine nuts so I used walnuts instead. My pesto came out pretty thick. I did pack in the spinach and basil leaves. Next time I will not pack the leaves in the measuring cup so tightly or I will add some more olive oil to get a better consistency

Will make again, Maybe cut the cayanne a bit and increase the cumin a little. Could add more peas, maybe double

did not use the provolone on top because i did not have any. just used mozzarella
