I did as one reviewer did and added four cups of stir fry vegetables. I also double the sauce like she did. It was scrumptious.

My sister-in-law said that this was the best beer battered fish she had ever eaten. My wife and I liked it a lot, too.

Very tasty recipe and relatively easy to make. I think that next time I will smear a layer of refried black beans on the interior side of the tortillas. It just seems that black beans in some form would add to the dish.

Very nice recipe. I didn't want the topping on the muffins, and one of the reviewers said that it seemed like most of the sweetness came from the topping. So I put 1 cup of sugar into the muffins instead of the 3/4 cup the recipe asked for. That worked out quite well.

It was great. Some hummus recipes call for un-roasted garlic and others call for garlic powder. It seems to me that roasted garlic results in the best flavor. I added some powdered cayenne once and ground red chile another. I preferred the cayenne.My biggest difficulty is keeping out of it until my wife comes home.

It was easy to make and so very tasty. This recipe is a keeper!
