I've tried countless cookie recipes and i found a lot of them to taste good, but they never looked right some to smooth some too flat! This cookie is tasted great and looked perfect!!!! I followed the recipe exact only adding a 1/4 tsp of baking powder and trading chopped nuts for caramel bits. After they baked for 10min. I left them to cool on the cookie.sheet foe about two mins. the perfect cookie!!!

I just made these for dessert they were fantastic! I followed the recipe exactly but added about 2 tbs of sugar in the mix. I filled it with nutella fresh sliced strawberries marshmallow cream rolled it up and topped with powder sugar and whipped.cream. They were a hit !

This recipe was amazing and my hubby loved it. The 1st time I used bone in lamb shoulder chunks instead of cubes. The 2nd time I used cut up whole chicken. Both times I added 1/2 tsp of allspice and a little extra cumin and salt to the broth. I also left out the ginger cause I don't like the flavor. I used water in place of the chicken broth because the meat makes its own broth then added a little lemon juice along with the zest. Finally I tossed in some fresh chopped tomato, chick peas and potato cubes. I used the broth to cook basmati rice on the side and served with a basic cucumber tomato middle eastern salad and plain yogurt.
