It was way too bitter using the pith of the orange the first time round, so I did as other reviews suggested and zested the orange, then peeled it, and chopped the segments to use. Other than that, the rest of the ingredients are spot on. It is runny while it is warm, but fear not, it thickens up when it cools. Note:Sometimes I like to add a handful of chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) as well as a couple stalks of chopped celery if I'm in the mood for a little more crunch. Happy Holidays and happy cooking, y'all! Helpful (0) Lemon Sorbet 11/23/2015 Loved this recipe. I followed the advice of others and zested the lemon instead of dicing it. Also used lime carbonated water. Came out with a nice, slushy consistency. I doubled this recipe, because we were feeding 7 people. It portioned out about 1/3 cup for each person, with a portion left over for me to have as a late night snack. :) Taste was sweet yet tart, as it should be. It was very easy to make. Will definitely make again! Helpful (0) Cucumber Tomato Salad 11/23/2015 Super easy recipe. love it. Followed advice of some others and made with apple cider vinegar. Delicious. Also used a sweet onion since it didn't specify. I found that the longer it marinated, the better it was. Made it early in the morning, and that evening and then the next day, it seemed to be at its best. Will definitely make again. Thanks for sharing! Helpful (32) Pineapple Grilled Pork Chops 11/15/2011 absolutely delicious! Great base recipe. Can add your own touch or additional spices to it, or have as is. Nice and easy! Helpful (2) Oven Roasted Potatoes 11/15/2011 Recipe is great as written. Twice I've had to add more olive oil b/c my potatoes were too dry. Seasonings are wonderful. Easy to prepare and reheats well also. Helpful (2) recipe collections 2 All Saved Recipes 23 Recipes Breads 1 Recipe
