Delicious! I probably would use less honey to cut back on calories and sweetness but loved this easy recipe with chicken thighs.

Yes, it was delicious. Didn't have any rice and used cooked rotiserre chicken. Turned out good but added a tsp. or so of the Everything spices. I then put a serving on top of a toasted muffin and it was very good. Did half the recipe for lessor leftovers.

I loved this and used regular onions since I didn't have green (which I will try later). Plus used red bell pepper. I'm sure the green would give it a different flavor but enjoyed the less spice of the red pepper.

I didn't have any grainy mustard on hand but made these anyway. Enjoyed the flavor and ease in making these. Will do again as I love the juicy-ness of the chicken thighs.
