Excellent recipe. We adjusted the measurements to make 15 pound batch of venison sausage. We were pleased with the results. It was very good. My Dad owned his own meat market and had his special recipe for the sausage he sold. We could never find where he wrote it down when he passed. This recipe was a close second to his recipe. I definitely recommend it!!

Excellent recipe. My daughter loved them. I pretty much followed the recipe but didn't have quite enough bananas so I used applesauce and left out the butter. It turned out great! This is a recipe I will be making again and again.
