A keeper! Easy to follow Crowd-pleaser
Chicken remained really tender. It's definitely not very spicy at all, and I even added some cayenne pepper to the flour mixture. Everyone ate it up, with some homemade ranch dressing. I let the chicken tenders marinate in the milk/buffalo sauce for about 10-15 minutes in the fridge. I don't know if it made a difference, but we will definitely be cooking this again.

Restaurant quality indeed! The only thing I changed was that I dropped them in a deep fryer instead of a skillet. Breaded stuff just seems to do better that way for an overall even crispy breading. These were crunchy on the outside and super juicy on the inside. The buffalo flavor did seem to get a little lost so as written these would be perfect for those who don't like a lot of heat. I chose to add some heat by combining ranch dressing and extra hot sauce for dipping. These were excellent and I anticipate the leftovers to hold up well too.
