I put mine on a cookie sheet covered with foil over a baking sheet.Only way I do bacon 🥓 for years! 🙌

Easy Lasagna

Made this for lunch today for 7 of my 10 grandchildren and a Momma. There was none left. It was delicious! I did make some changes though. I used Barilla no pre-cook noodles, Almost 2# hamburger with a lilttle sausage, onions and garlic. I used 2 jars of spaghetti sauce & some extra spices in the meat. Used all the rest of the ingredients as the recipe stated. Baked it for 25 minutes covered & 15 uncovered and broiled it part of that time. It was awesome and will be making again, soon!

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

I have baked my bacon this way for years but put a cooling rack over a sheet cake pan that has been sprayed with Pam, this way the grease all goes to the bottom. Then baked in a 375-400 degree oven till browned and crisp. I like to bake a lot, then freeze the baked bacon for when I need.
