I took the advice of naples34102 and the muffins came out perfect!This recipe makes 24 nice size muffins.

I love this recipe. I do add potatoes and corn to it but other than that. No changes. I make up enough for four pies, divide it and I freeze the individual portions of filling until I want to make the final pie.

I've made this pie every Thanksgiving for 10 years now. It's always easy and always a winner!

Only rolls I make. They are so easy and no fail. These make wonderful brown and serve rolls when you have a big dinner to make. I double the batch, make them into clover leaf rolls, bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees F. until the tops of the rolls just start to brown. Take out and let cool. I vacuum seal and use as needed. They freeze so well. To prepare for dinner just preheat your oven to 400 F. Place rolls on a baking sheet and butter the tops. Heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Taste like you just baked them.
