Overall, fairly good but way to much coriander for me. I am someone who loves cilantro but for the first time in my life I understood when people say they taste soap when they eat it (coriander is the seed of cilantro). If I didn't taste "soap" upon eating this I think I would have really enjoyed it. That's the only reason I didn't give it a higher star rating. Served it with saffron rice and a quick tomato cucumber salad.

Great low-sodium recipe! I added red onion, red pepper, zucchini and pineapple to the skewers along with the chicken. I also broiled them instead of grilled. Yummy!

Absolutely perfect way to wrap up summer. So fresh and light and oh so absolutely delicious! The only thing I did differently is I cooked my pork chops in a skillet instead of grilling them. Excellent!

I was actually pleasantly surprised by this one. It was a big hit and fairly healthy too! I couldn't find hominy in my grocery store and that completely shocked me but after checking everywhere I could think of, I finally found one brand in the Mexican food isle and 28 oz can, so I just bough one and that is what I used. I did drain it about half way (it had a lot of liquid and I didn't feel the soup needed that much) and I used a whole pound of pork meat but for the over all recipe that is all I changed. When ready, I served it with shredded cabbage (coleslaw mix), a small dollop of sour cream, cilantro, thinly sliced radishes, avocado and lime wedges. It was tasty and healthy enough to have seconds without too much guilt.
