I was really excited to try this recipe. I am a huge mole fan. Typically I like the brown mole. But now......I am a fan of the red. I paid attention to the directions of using one canned chipotle chile in adobe sauce. I did decrease the chili powder to two teaspoons. I also used the suggested brown sugar instead of white. I took out the chicken and used the immersion blender on the sauce. Such an easy recipe with such complex flavors. Definitely a keeper. Thank you, Elaine.
