i really loved the ideaof a different type of cookie but based on the recipe my batch was extremely dry. it took much more than a few Tablespoons of water to keep the dough from crumbling. i ended up using some water and cherry juice. i believe my dry issue stemmed from keeping it in the fridge for a day 1/2. I will definitely remake as I believe this cookie could be a great addition to my Christmas collection.

Family really loved this. we had a lb of precooked shrimp and wanted to use it with pasta so when the onions, garlic was done sauteing I added the cooked shrimp and mixed enough without overcooking. turned out perfect.

Great Greek Salad. I followed the recipe exactly but kept the red wind vinegar dressing and feta cheese on the side to allow individual choice of adding. I also added Wild caught sardines which added a large amount of Omega 3 for consumption. Will make this again!
