I was very impressed with this fudge! I used salted butter and about 1 cup of semisweet and 2 cups of milk chocolate chips, and it was great. Helpful hint: This is great served cold, but not very good at room temperature. Some of the negative reviews on this site say that it tasted like frosting, and I agree that this is the case when at room temperature. However, when it was fresh out of the fridge (or even after 45 minutes of being left on the counter), it was wonderful! I should also note that it wasn't as "fudge-like" as expected as some reviewers noted, but it was wonderful nonetheless.

This smelled wonderful as it was cooking, but was just way too spicy for me. I'm not really familiar with all of the ingredients, so I wonder if there is a less spicy version of the chili paste. Mine said "ground fresh chili paste", so I thought I had the right thing, but when I read other reviews stating that this wasn't spicy, I just don't get it. I may make it again without the chili paste, or maybe with just a tiny bit, but definitely not the full amount.

This is a wonderful recipe! I was looking for a good icing that didn't use eggs, and this is perfect. I've made it several times, and it always turns out great. It made a boxed cake mix taste wonderful (and I'm definitely a snob when it comes to cake mixes that aren't from scratch).

This was perfect, and so easy! It had just the right amount of flavor, and not too much heat. I was worried that it might be too spicy for my family's wimpy taste buds (myself included), but it was perfect. If you like a lot of spice, you should add more hot sauce. I followed the directions exactly (using canned chicken and Frank's Wing sauce), but served it with tortilla chips instead of crackers and celery. I thought the canned chicken was just fine, despite the comments by other reviewers.

My family really liked this, and I loved how easy it was to make! I followed the recipe exactly, and it was great as is. We did serve it with ketchup, though. This will definitely become a regular meal in our house. I will probably use a little less water next time. However, the turkey I used was quite fatty for turkey, so I imagine the amount of water may depend on the amount of fat in the turkey.

The directions were perfect. They turned out wonderful! Next time, I'll cut mine into smaller pieces so that they get a little crispier, but they were great as is.
