Made this exactly as written and it wasn’t as hard to mix as people say in the other reviews. Very easy and simple. That being said, the exact responses I had were “meh”

I made the recipe exactly as written and they came out just okay. There were too many macadamia nuts first off, secondly they were not nearly sweet enough, and lastly as some people mentioned, the center was undercooked at 350. If you make them on the small side they won’t be undercooked but if you’re looking for ones like Subway makes then I would suggest lowering the temperature and cooking for longer. If I ever try these again, I will add more sugar and fewer macadamias.

I loved this recipe. It was pretty easy to make. I used hot sausage and the kick was just perfect. I might consider adding more beans next time. But as is the soup is already sooo good. And I feel good about getting my veggies!
