I Followed the recipe as written.

I made this for July 4th celebration. My family loved it ! Only used a total of 6 ounces of the caramel. Will definitely make again.

I hadn't cooked corned beef in years and was intrigued by the unique addition of sugar, vinegar and bay leaf in this recipe. This is very tasty. Made as written but used small unpeeled red potatoes and added half of a head of cabbage cut in chunks the last two hours. Rinsing the meat before adding to the crockpot helps decrease the saltiness. No more stove top corned beef for me!

I made this last night after seeing it in a recent Allrecipes magazine. Very easy and the flavors are great. Not overpowering at all. I made it in a larger than suggested 10 inch copper chef pan and it was still moist and gooey. Will definitely make again.

This is my first time making sweet and sour pork and I'm so glad I chose this recipe. Not too sweet and the apple cider vinegar gives a nice subtle tang. Will definitely prepare this again.

This soup is very good. After letting it sit for only 15 minutes in the pot when done, my first taste was ummmmm! Easy to make due to all the canned items. I halved the recipe. Used half of a rotisserie chicken and let it cook for 15 minutes in chicken broth and all the dry spices. The chicken fell off the bone! Will make this again for sure.
