I have to admit something......I don't much care for avocados but love guac! I tried this recipe and must say that the flavors pop, and the cilantro gives it that perfect balance. Make sure and follow this recipe as written because when these fresh ingredients meet the end result is one tasty dish! I served it with homemade chimichangas and everyone thought that I had my food catered!

I have a vast array of banana bread recipes but decided to try a new one. Sorry, but I'm the type that likes to add ingredients to my recipes to fit our tastes. However, I followed this recipe pretty right on except I threw in a good handful of white chocolate chips and nuts. The result was a delicious, dense, great tasting banana bread!

I’ve made these for years. The one thing I do differently is leave out the ranch mix since I’m not a fan of ranch flavor. These are pretty fail proof and you can make them using different veggies or even salami or ham. The celery gives it a nice crunch. I use whipped cream cheese to make spreading easier! Definitely a keeper.

I wanted to make this but didn’t have a couple items on hand. Instead of the brownie mix I used a devils food cake mix. I also didn't have chocolate pudding mix so I used vanilla instead. I used fresh whipping cream I whipped up for the cool whip. Lastly, I didn't have the toffee pieces so I cut up several fun size Snicker bars left over from Halloween! The outcome was shear bliss! I put a drizzle of caramel sauce on top, too. Please no negative comments about flipping the recipe! The nearest grocery store is 12 mile away!

While my guests enjoyed this recipe I found it just okay. I had spaghetti sauce that needed to be used so I used that instead of some of the sauces. Other than that I followed the directions. Love Chef John! Sorry!
