This banana bread is very moist and delicious. My bananas were small so I used 5 and had buttermilk, so used that instead of regular 2%. will definitely make this again and add pecans or walnuts when I have them. Winner of a recipe!

Outstanding! I halved recipe, used a 2 quart casserole. Used unpeeled Yukon Gold potatoes that I cut to 1/4" using my apple corer/slicer gadget. Parboiled 5 minutes, used finely chopped sweet onion and less cheese just because we don't have cheese available in our store like before. I will definatly make this again.

Excellent flavor. Onions are great on sandwiches and probably anywhere else you would want a sweet pickled onion flavor (I'm thinking macaroni salad). Super easy recipe. Hardest part is waiting 4 days for the eggs to get pickled to where I like them. I followed recipe, but added 2-3 whole allspice and a couple small pieces of Cinnamon stick

Galacticat reviewed Eagle brand’s Creamy Baked Cheesecake Recipe. 01/26/2020
I used the NewYork style recipe and it was perfection in a pan! This is just like a beloved Los Angeles Times recipe I had from the early 80's, but lost. I cooked recommended time, and tried others' recommendation to turn off oven and wait 20 minutes before cracking the oven door and letting cheesecake sit for probably 11/2 to 2 hours. Absolutely no cracks, a beautiful looking and delicious tasting cake.

Divided recipe down to make a pint. This really good. Lasts a really long time with out refrigeration. Only change we made is adding a lot more wine vinegar and a bit more Dijon. We like more bite in our vinaigrette. Great as a marinade for caprese salad
