A keeper!
This recipe was so good! I used a mixture of shrimp and bay scallops and added some mushrooms. This is elegant enough to serve to guests.

I have nade this many times. I do adjust the recipe and use the whole egg and I add pecans. It is delicious and it is a favorite.

This really is a good basic recipe, but I made a few changes. I use half a cup of baker’s sugar and a quarter of a cup of coconut sugar. I use a teaspoon of cinnamon, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and about a cup of milk chocolate chips.

Yum! Added a 1 3/4c of banana, so skipped the applesauce, in place of the sugar called for: 1/4 cup raw honey, 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar. Flour: 1c, all purpose, 1/2c. unbleached whole wheat. Added one whole egg and one egg white, plus dash of salt, and about 2/3 c. crushed walnuts.
