This has been our fall football staple for 2 years now. It's 5 stars exactly as it is...no changes necessary. Some things we've learned: It tastes better with fresh tomatoes verses canned. To peel your tomatoes, drop them in boiling water for a minute. The skins will peel right off. We find it easier to buy ground sweet italian sausage from the meat counter, since it saves a step. I rated this a 5 star since it was delicious and super easy! Also, I used left over bloody mary mix instead of the tomato-vegetable juice cocktail. Helpful (5) Sea Bass Cuban Style 07/26/2004 One of my new favorites!!! I substituted talapia and added scallops at the very end. The sweet scallops provide a dense texture like sea bass but are much cheaper!! Plus the sweetness is a perfect balance to the salty capers/olives. They can simmer with the sauce until it thickens.
