Family favorite Easy to follow Great flavors I loved this recipe, because it lent itself to being able to substitute ingredients easily. I had corn tortillas I needed to use and no Colby or Monterey Jack. Used mild cheddar and lastly I used ground turkey because of diet issues. Even with these substitutions it was great and no doubt it would be delicious as written. I will definitely make this one again!! Delicious!!
