Something went wrong. Our team is working on it. Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon chile garlic sauce, such as Sriracha® 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste 2 cups whole cashews 1 tablespoon coarse salt, or to taste Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and set aside. Melt butter and oil in a medium-size saucepan over low heat. Stir in Worcestershire, Sriracha, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne, and simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add cashews and toss until well coated with seasonings. Pour nuts onto the prepared baking sheet, and spread out into a single layer. Set the saucepan aside. Bake in the preheated oven, shaking pan occasionally, until golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes. Keep an eye on them when baking to make sure they don’t burn. Pour hot cashews back into the saucepan, sprinkle with coarse salt, and toss until well coated. Transfer the nuts back to the baking sheet to cool. Store in an air-tight container.
