Something went wrong. Our team is working on it. Original recipe (1X) yields 9 servings 2 cups crispy rice cereal squares (such as Rice Chex™) 2 cups crispy honey corn cereal squares (such as Honey Nut Chex™) 2 cups mini pretzel twists 2 cups Cheddar goldfish crackers 1 cup dry roasted peanuts 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot® Wings Sauce) 1 ounce dry ranch dressing and seasoning (such as Hidden Valley®) 1 teaspoon garlic powder sprinkle of sea salt flakes (optional) Directions Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper for easy cleanup, and set aside. In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex™, Honey Nut Chex™, pretzels, Cheddar crackers, and peanuts. Stir butter, Buffalo sauce, ranch mix, and garlic powder together in a bowl. Pour over the snack mix and stir until everything is well coated. Spread mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Bake in the preheated oven until crisped and golden, about 1 hour, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sea salt flakes, and cool completely before serving. Cook’s Note The sweet Honey Nut Chex™ provides a nice contrast to the spicy Buffalo sauce. Feel free to substitute other small Cheddar crackers for the Cheddar goldfish. If you make your own ranch seasoning mix, a store-bought packet equals about 2 tablespoons.
