Amelia Manley/Dotdash Meredith The Best New Products at Trader Joe's in August Unexpected Cheddar Cheese Spread with Hatch Chile Trader Joe's/Allrecipes This spread was inspired by TJ's original Unexpected Cheddar Cheese Spread, made with their customer-favorite Unexpected Cheddar block that I'm sure you're all familiar with. The only difference here is that they've added New Mexican Hatch chiles, bell pepper, and cayenne. The spread is all things tangy, salty, and creamy, with a bit of kick from the new add-ins. Tiniest Chocolate Chip Cookies Trader Joe's/Allrecipes If you've ever wanted to try the cookie cereal trend that was circulating on social media, then this is your chance. Just one serving is a whopping 65 mini cookies, making them the perfect addition to a bowl of milk. You could also eat them as they are, top them on ice cream, or use them to decorate a cake. The chocolate chip cookies are crunchy, sweet, and chocolatey, and remind us of mini Chips Ahoys. Freeze Dried Fig Slices Trader Joe's/Allrecipes Figs are always a treat, but the downside of buying fresh figs is that they tend to spoil quickly–enter Freeze Fried Fig Slices you don't have to worry about going bad. They're crispy, sweet, and full of fig-flavor, and can help elevate many of your dishes. Serve them as appetizers topped with sliced Cheddar and jam, add them to a charcuterie board, or crush and sprinkle them on your desserts. Organic Dried Ataulfo Mango Slices Trader Joe's/Allrecipes If you're first thought here is "What's an Ataulfo mango?", you're not alone. Ataulfo mangos, unlike the more common mango you see at the store, are smaller and have a more gold-yellow peel. They tend to be pretty sweet and less fibrous with a buttery texture, and just like any other dried mango, make for a great snack or late-night sweet treat. Italian Organic Striped Farfalline Pasta Trader Joe's/Allrecipes If we had to pick one pasta to represent late summer, these tri-colored noodles would be it. Each piece, which looks like rounded butterfly-shaped pasta, is made with a combination of a muted red, green, and/or yellow color. Trader Joe's suggests tossing them in the Red Pepper and Almond Sauce, a Cajun-style Alfredo sauce, or the store's Creamy Tomato Basil Pesto Sauce. Was this page helpful? Thanks for your feedback!
