If there’s one thing about me, it’s that I’m always searching Aldi’s shelves for meal solutions. Whether it be the beloved Red Bag Chicken for a copycat Chick-fil-A sandwich or one of its many flavors of take-and-bake pizzas you can pop in the oven at a minute’s notice, Aldi knows how to make mealtime easy.

These past few weeks, Aldi has had some amazing Finds—like its pumpkin and feta flatbread and stuffed gnocchi—that bring the best of fall flavors and comfort food in an easy-to-make form. Now, this week, Aldi dropped a new deli grab-and-go item that needs to be added to every cart immediately: Park Street Deli Brisket Mac and Cheese.

Why You Need Aldi’s Heat-And-Eat Brisket Mac & Cheese

Aldi sells its regular Park Street Deli Macaroni and Cheese every day of the year, but this new limited-time variety adds smoked beef brisket to the creamy cheese sauce and cavatappi pasta.

I do love Aldi’s regular heat-and-eat mac and cheese, but I typically serve it as a side since it doesn’t have many hearty ingredients. However, this added brisket takes the mac and cheese to dinner level—and a ridiculously easy dinner at that.

The brisket reminds me of another one of my favorite Aldi deli products—the pulled pork and pulled chicken. I’ve never found a better grocery store pulled pork that’s ready as quickly, tastes as good, and is as cheap as Aldi’s tray of grab-and-go pulled pork. So, add another smoked meat to an already-great Aldi product, and it’s an automatic winner.

Plus, the Brisket Mac and Cheese is only $4.99 for a one-pound tray—you probably couldn’t even make your own mac and cheese for that cheap.

Since the deli item is ready to cook, all you have to do is heat it up in the microwave for a few minutes until the cheese gets bubbly and the meat and noodles are warmed through. Then, you can serve it as a main dish or side—or I wouldn’t even judge if you just ate it straight out of the package because I’d do it, too.

Aldi’s Brisket Mac and Cheese hit shelves on October 18 with this week’s round of Aldi Finds, which means it should be easy to find for at least a few days. However, knowing how quick and simple it makes mealtime, we’re sure it will be flying off the shelves—our Aldi was actually already sold out of it on the 18th, so do with that info what you will.

Here’s hoping you can stock up on this Brisket Mac & Cheese before it’s too late.
