Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • 1 yam

  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Scrub yam clean and dry with a paper towel. Rub all over with olive oil.

  3. Place yam in the preheated air fryer, and cook until tender when pierced with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes.

    All air fryers cook differently. This recipe was developed using a Cuisinart Air Fryer Oven, which tends to run hot.
