About the U.S. Access Board

Access Board Meetings

Members of the U.S. Access Board meet quarterly over the course of three days. At the Board meetings, a public session is slated and open for members of the public to attend. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, some of the Board meetings are held virtually. Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) and sign language interpreters are available at all Board meetings and events.

Next Board Meeting

The next meeting of the Board is scheduled for Wednesday, July 9, 2025 in New Orleans at 9:00 a.m. (CT) at the New Orleans Marriott, Acadia and Bissonnet Ballrooms, 3rd floor (555 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130). This meeting will be a town hall meeting where Presidentially-appointed Access Board members and representatives from various federal member agencies will be present to hear from the local community about the state of accessibility in New Orleans.
