Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. (born September 27, 1982), better known by his stage name Lil Wayne, is an American hip hop recording artist from New Orleans, Louisiana. In 1991, at the age of nine, Lil Wayne joined Cash Money Records as the youngest member of the label, and half of the duo The B.G.'z, alongside fellow New Orleans-based rapper Lil' Doogie. In 1996, Lil Wayne formed the southern hip hop group Hot Boys, with his Cash Money label-mates Juvenile, Young Turk and Lil' Doogie (who now goes by B.G.). Hot Boys debuted with Get It How U Live!, that same year. Most of the group's success came with their platinum-selling album Guerrilla Warfare (1999) and the 1999 single "Bling Bling". Along with being the flagship artist of Cash Money Records, Lil Wayne is also the chief executive officer (CEO) of his own label imprint, Young Money Entertainment, which he founded in 2005.
Lil Wayne's solo debut album Tha Block Is Hot (1999), was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). His subsequent albums, Lights Out (2000) and 500 Degreez (2002), went on to be certified gold. Wayne reached higher popularity with his fourth album Tha Carter (2004), which was led by the single "Go D.J." and his appearance on Destiny's Child's Top 10 single "Soldier", that same year. The album was followed by Tha Carter II (2005), as well as several mixtapes and collaborations throughout 2006 and 2007. Wayne gained more prominence with his sixth album Tha Carter III (2008), which became his most successful album to date, with first-week sales of over one million copies in the United States. The album won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album and includes the hit singles "Lollipop", "A Milli" and "Got Money".
New Orleans (/nuː ˈɔːrlɪnz/,/nuː ˈɔːrliənz/, /nuː ɔːrˈliːnz/, or /ˈnɔːrlənz/; French: La Nouvelle-Orléans [la nuvɛlɔʁleɑ̃]) is a major United States port and the largest city and the center of the metropolitan area in the state of Louisiana. The population of the city was 343,829 as of the 2010 U.S. Census. The New Orleans metropolitan area (New Orleans–Metairie–Kenner Metropolitan Statistical Area) had a population of 1,167,764 in 2010 and was the 46th largest in the United States. The New Orleans–Metairie–Bogalusa Combined Statistical Area, a larger trading area, had a 2010 population of 1,452,502.
The city is named after the Duke of Orleans, who reigned as Regent for Louis XV from 1715 to 1723, as it was established by French colonists and strongly influenced by their European culture. It is well known for its distinct French and Spanish Creole architecture, as well as its cross-cultural and multilingual heritage. New Orleans is also famous for its cuisine, music (particularly as the birthplace of jazz), and its annual celebrations and festivals, most notably Mardi Gras, dating to French colonial times. The city is often referred to as the "most unique" in the United States.
Wide Prairie is a posthumous compilation by Linda McCartney. The album was compiled and released in 1998 by Paul McCartney after his wife's death, after a fan wrote in enquiring about "Seaside Woman"; a reggae beat type song which Wings had recorded in 1972, under the name Suzy and the Red Stripes, featuring Linda on lead vocals. Her husband compiled all her recordings with the help of Parlophone Records and MPL Communications. Lead guitar on the song "The Light Comes from Within" is played by the McCartneys' son, musician/sculptor James McCartney. The album reached number 127 in the UK charts, while the title track made the top 75, at number 74. "The Light Comes from Within" also charted, at number 56 in the UK charts.
All songs by Linda McCartney, except where noted.

"We Fly High" is a song by American hip hop recording artist, Jim Jones, released as the lead single from his third studio album, Hustler's P.O.M.E. (Product of My Environment) (2006). The song is Jim Jones' highest-charting single to date, charting at number five on the Billboard Hot 100. It was produced by Zukhan-Bey who produced his previous single, "Baby Girl". The intro of the song uses a sample of "Mr. Cool" by Rasputin's Stash.
The music video was directed by Dale Resteghini (aka RAGE) and Jim Jones (aka CAPO). Cam'ron, Juelz Santana, Max B and Stack Bundles make cameo appearances. Jones' girlfriend, Chrissy Lampkin, and his manager, Yandy Smith, of VH1's Love & Hip Hop fame also make appearances in the music video. Parts of the music video were filmed in front of a green screen. The second half of the video switches to "Reppin' Time" which was originally the A-side of the CD single (and "We Fly High" was the B-side).
The official remix of the song features fellow American rappers T.I., Diddy, Juelz Santana, Birdman and Young Dro. It is featured on Jim Jones' compilation album A Dipset X-Mas and released as its lead single. The album and digital download versions of the remix features an additional verse by Jermaine Dupri after Diddy's verse.

Linda McCartney 'Wide Prairie' official video from the 'Wide Prairie' album. Pick up your copy from your local record store or online HERE: https://LindaMcCartney.lnk.to/WidePrairie Paul McCartney on the song 'Wide Prairie': “I have always thought of this song as Linda’s fantasy. Her passion for horses and riding started as a young girl and remained with her all her life. Her tongue in cheek attitude and what we called her ‘twangy’ voice combined to make this joyful little rocker. She recorded it during sessions at EMI Studios in Paris where years before I had done the vocal for ‘Can’t Buy Me Love’. We travelled there shortly after Princess Anne’s first wedding in Westminster Abbey, taking the group van with other band members who at that time included Jimmy McCulloch and Denny Laine. As ...
This video is just for listening to one of the songs from Linda McCartney's album "Wide Prairie". There aren't any pictures or photos but the cover of the album. The album was released posthumously after Linda's death (in April 1998) on October 27, 1998. It's a compilation of all the songs Linda ever wrote and recorded. This song, Wide Prairie, was recorded by Wings on November 20, 1073 in Paris and in June 1974 in Nashville, Tennessee. Hope you'll enjoy it. I do not own the rights of the song or any other.
Track 1 of Linda's 1998 album, Wide Priarie
Recorded with Wings in France, November 1973; and in U.S.A., July 1974. Produced by Paul McCartney and officially credited to Linda McCartney, but the Paul McCartney Project site claims that Paul wrote it, and features an interview by Paul that suggest so. It's unlikely that Linda wrote alone this musically complex song (a mix of rock, jazz and bluegrass), so probably Paul wrote it. It was released without Paul's first verse and a slightly longer ending in November 1998 on the Wide Praire album, a posthumous compilation of songs sung by Linda, compiled by Paul. On YouTube it's alvailable an 8 minute version that features a long jazz coda. I personally edited the version on this video in order to create the most complete but also the most focused version possibile. I also equalized the volu...
