St1 Oy is a Finnish energy company owning the St1 service stations' chain in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Poland. The company was established in 1995 under the name Greenergy Baltic Oy. In 1997, the St1 chain was established in Finland. In 2000 Greenergy Baltic changed its name to Green. In the same year, it purchased the St1 chain. The company adopted the name St1 in 2005.
St1 Oy owns around 650service stations in four countries. The first service station outside of Finland was established in 2004 in Sweden. In 2007, the company took over Oy Esso Ab, a subsidiary of ExxonMobil in Finland, and its service stations. In 2009, St1 Oy purchased 198unmanned filling stations in Sweden and Norway from Statoil. In 2010, it purchased service stations from Royal Dutch Shell in Finland and Sweden.
In addition the service stations, the St1 Oy owns an oil refinery in Gothenburg, produces ethanol fuel at six bioethanol plants in Finland, and generates and sells electricity. Together with the SOK Group it owns the wind farms developer TuuliWatti Oy.

Even when fully upgraded, the ST-I is the one of the slowest Tier 9 heavy tanks available. It's slow for a reason. It has very sturdy angled armor that is impenetrable to many Tier 8 guns, and is more than a challenge to penetrate when angled properly. A properly-driven ST-I can have confidence in its armor, especially when hull-down or sidescraping. The ST-I is almost half the weight of its predecessor, the KV-4, and thus isn't as well-suited for ramming, but in turn, can reach and maintain surprising speeds when pushed along by teammates. Its top 122mm gun is very powerful, yet gun handling is poor, and gun should rarely be fired on the move. Shots beyond 400 meters will require careful aiming. In the hands of a player who has mastered close to mid range combat, this tank can be a nasty surprise and extremely difficult for vehicles of the same and lower tier to penetrate.
However, current game meta prefers faster tanks with either 490+ alpha or high DPM guns, and ST-I has neither. As such, in particular when considering high amounts of premium ammo spam which is basically the norm nowadays in high tiers, ST-I is now only a shadow of former self. It is constantly getting penned almost anywhere except turret face by Tier 9+ gold ammo, while at the same time being unable to flex around the battlefield quickly like some other heavy tanks can. And that happens either when sidescraping (premium ammo shots to shoulders) or when hulldown (commander's cupola). This makes ST-I quite limited and powercrept in a way. Its best chance of survival are in the cities, and can only be considered highly dangerous and tough when top tier. When top tier, the ST-I can easily lead its team to victory as a sturdy breakthrough tank coupled with formidable firepower.
The ST-I leads to the IS-4.
