Mary wielded less power than William when he was in England, ceding most of her authority to him, though he heavily relied on her. She did, however, act alone when William was engaged in military campaigns abroad, proving herself to be a powerful, firm, and effective ruler.
Early life
Mary, born at St. James's Palace in London on 30 April 1662, was the eldest daughter of James, Duke of York (the future James II & VII), and his first wife, Anne Hyde. Mary's uncle was King Charles II, who ruled the three kingdoms of England, Scotland and Ireland; her maternal grandfather, Edward Hyde, 1st Earl of Clarendon, served for a lengthy period as Charles's chief advisor. She was baptised into the Anglican faith in the Chapel Royal at St. James's, and was named after her ancestor, Mary, Queen of Scots. Her godparents included her father's cousin, Prince Rupert of the Rhine. Although her mother bore eight children, all except Mary and her younger sister Anne died very young, and King Charles II had no legitimate children. Consequently, for most of her childhood, Mary was second in line to the throne after her father.

Montreal bus routes operated by the Société de transport de Montréal (STM; Montreal Transit Corporation (MTC)) consist of 220 daytime and 23 night service routes and provide a vast number of routes for the city of Montreal proper. STM bus routes serve an average of 1,403,700 daily passengers on an average weekday in 2011.
A route is referred to by its route number and name (for example, 67 Saint-Michel). The name of the route is usually named after the road or community that it primarily serves; Express routes are denoted by a 4 before the original number (for example, 467 Express Saint-Michel).

As accurately and as close to scale as possible, rough tracings of all of my filmed bus rides around Montreal. I hadn't imagined filming more than the planned, first ½ dozen's worth several years ago. Although the city's endless, nightmarish roadworks have brought on many a detour, this dynamic tracing doesn't reveal all of the re-routings.
Updating the closed captioning has been tediously overwhelming, I hope to soon update them to include last three years' worth (2020 through 2022) of additional rides. The closed captioning basically reveal where the paths of filmed bus rides happen to converge on each other, the whereabouts of opposite directions of bus rides (many a one-way street), as well as identifying other transport corridors being passed. Per re-filmed bus rides, only the most recent versions are cross-referenced as well as hopefully all of the detours.
