My Sexual Harassment(僕のセクシャルハラスメント,Boku no Sekusharu Harasumento) is a professional work, a novel by Sakura Momo and anime, anime available in English, with character designs by Kazuma Kodaka. The three-part series is one of the most viewed and popular Yaoi animation movie that explores the twisted relationship between a young businessman and his manipulative superior. Playing on the concept of a more one-sided pure love, the anime also digs deeper into ideas about homosexuality, differentiating between being gay and simply finding love whether the person is male or female. This is especially seen when Mochizuki mentions twice that he's not gay, just someone who felt pure love towards his boss, Honma. In that context, however, Mochizuki's feelings aren't reciprocated as Honma uses him to perform sexual favors for other businessmen to strike business deals.
Plot
Boku No Sexual Harassment consists of three OVAs that revolve around the main character Junya Mochizuki performing sexual favors in order to help his mentor and lover Kazunori Honma, as well as himself, climb up the company ladder of the computer firm they work for. Because of Mochizuki's soft, handsome looks, he easily attracts the attention of both men and women in his company. The first person to be attracted to Mochizuki is his Manager, Mr. Honma, whom Mochizuki has an affair with throughout the three OVAs.
Sexual harassment is bullying or coercion of a sexual nature, or the unwelcome or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favors. In most modern legal contexts, sexual harassment is illegal. As defined by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), "It is unlawful to harass a person (an applicant or employee) because of that person's sex." Harassment can include "sexual harassment" or unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature. The legal definition of sexual harassment varies by jurisdiction. Sexual harassment is subject to a directive in the European Union.
Where laws surrounding sexual harassment exist, they generally do not prohibit simple teasing, offhand comments, or minor isolated incidents. In the workplace, harassment may be considered illegal when it is so frequent or severe that it creates a hostile or offensive work environment or when it results in an adverse employment decision (such as the victim being fired or demoted, or when the victim decides to quit the job). The legal and social understanding of sexual harassment, however, varies by culture.
"Sexual Harassment" is the second episode of the second season of the American comedytelevision seriesThe Office, and the show's eighth episode overall. The episode was written by B. J. Novak and directed by Ken Kwapis. The episode first aired in the United States on September 27, 2005 on NBC. "Sexual Harassment" introduced the character of Todd Packer, played by David Koechner, who would become a recurring character on the series.
The series depicts the everyday lives of office employees in the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of the fictional Dunder Mifflin Paper Company. In this episode, Michael Scott (Steve Carell) is concerned when he believes Dunder Mifflin is targeting him for sexual harassment training. Meanwhile, Pam Beesly (Jenna Fischer) anxiously awaits the arrival of her mother, and Michael's obnoxious friend Todd Packer (David Koechner) spends the day in the office.
Novak was inspired to write the episode after attending an NBCsexual harassment seminar that the cast and crew had to attend before the series began. Many jokes and personal experiences involving sexual harassment were added into the script. This episode aired with a warning that it contained adult content and subject matter, which is rare for a network comedy. Novak explained that he had to fight NBC to get the word "boner" on the air. One station refused to air the episode due to the language. "Sexual Harassment" received moderately positive reviews from television critics. The episode was viewed by 7.13 million viewers.
This is my story.

I know I normally make videos on accounting. But I am sure you have seen all the horrible news stories coming out of Hollywood about sexual harassment. This is such an important topic, that I wanted to make a video on it, and I am going to share with you my own experience. Sexual Harassment happens to both men and women. The problem is that men never talk about it. I know I never talk about this. But I am making this video especially for the young men out there. Because you need to understand what can happen out there in the working world, and no one is going to tell you about this, and they do not teach this in business school. This video might make you uncomfortable. I know it makes me uncomfortable. But this is a moment in time where we can change the way business is done for the better. But it is going to require us to have an open and honest conversation about sexual harassment.
Many of you know, I started my career in Hollywood working on the business side for different film companies. You can tell from all the news stories what a huge problem this is. With Harvey Weinstein, I think it’s up to 80 women who have come forward. It is not just a problem with Hollywood. This happens in all industries. And it is not just women. It happens to both women and men. I was one of those people who never imagined I would have to deal with sexual harassment. I never thought it would happen to me, but it did. And if it happened to me, it can happen to each one of you. So I have two goals in this video:
1) Make sure you know what to do if it happens to you.
2) Discuss what we can do to end sexual harassment in the workplace.
Here are the action steps to take when you are sexually harassed.
1) Be assertive and say NO
2) Get to safety
3) Call your supervisor
How do we end the problem of sexual harassment? We are all business people here. We need to realize that we have a responsibility here. It is our responsibility to end sexual harassment in our organizations. You do it through leadership. If you get to a position of leadership, you need to say, “Not on my watch.” If enough people stand together on this, change will happen. I take a much stronger stance than most people on sexual harassment. Most people try to make distinctions between different levels of flirting. Is it okay to flirt? Is it okay to touch? Where do you draw the line? I take the position that none of it is okay. I even made a video four months ago on “Don’t date at work.” And I know that companies are scared to make such a bold statement. What I want to know is why are people hitting on each other at work? Work is not a club. It is not a social scene. You come to work to make money. There are so many other ways you can meet people outside of work, through clubs, activities, online dating, and through friends. If you take flirting out of the workplace, you do not have sexual harassment. It is that easy. The solution is there, but it will take leadership from our companies to stand up for that.
