Testing OutDry Extreme | Columbia Sportswear
OutDry Extreme technology was in development and testing for over a year and a half. We regularly work with guides and professional outdoors people from around the world (on every continent including Antarctica) to test our gear before it’s ready to be released. These unpaid “beta testers,” spend most their lives in the outdoors and don’t hesitate to give us their unfiltered feedback. They have zero tolerance for stuff that doesn’t work.
In total, OutDry Extreme has been tested by 147 people around the globe; from our own rainy corner of the U.S., to Ireland, New Zealand and Germany. It’s been through the paces in nearly every soggy, wet, humid and chilly environment we could find.

[Verso 1]

Sheep Farming: How To Be More Profitable With Sheep - Keep It Simple!
Today at Ewetopia Farms, we decided to pass on our philosophy of how to become more profitable and sustainable with sheep. And that is to keep it simple! It may not be what people want to hear but it has worked for us over the years. We discuss a multitude of topics from feeding sheep, breeding sheep, ultrasounding sheep, purchasing equipment, weaning sheep, terminal sires, being handy, growing your own feed, and having good sheep. And having good quality sheep is the key to it all. If you want to be a sheep farmer, your number one investment should be your sheep. Everything else stems from them and should be about looking after them as simply, efficiently, and cost effectively as possible in order to gain th...

ABOUT ME
I’m 31 years old and I’m a sheep farmer from Ayrshire in South West Scotland, which is why I have such a strong accent! I was born and raised on a sheep farm watching my dad who was the shepherd.
At 18 I went away from farming to work in the city (something I still do) and at 23 (2013) I decided I wanted to do something for some extra money so I went on a sheep shearing course. The hardest thing I’ll ever do was learning to shear sheep. [shudders thinking about it]
I shore whilst on my holidays from work for 2 years and then in 2015 my dad died so I decided to get my own sheep so I could continue working with sheep as it was something I loved doing. From there it escalated quickly from my first 4 sheep in my mum’s garden to now running around 600 breeding ewes.
I shore over 15,000 sheep this season in UK and I also travel to Norway for shearing in March and September. (Covid messed it up this year)
A few years ago I bought myself a sheep pregnancy scanner and have been building up my run since then.
I watched a few farm vlogs on YouTube and decided I could have a go and now here we are!
Thanks for watching my videos and please subscribe if you want to see more in future.

They are what will determine your income, lifestyle and profitability in farming. Everything else stems from them and should be about looking after them as simply, efficiently, and cost effectively as possible in order to gain the most from your investment. These are all derived from our personal experiences and are meant to offer alternatives or solutions for someone wanting to get into sheep from scratch. All farmers have individual goals and goals that may not reflect our goals. So it is not meant as gospel or the only way to do things. It is simply passing on of our opinions as to how we have done things on our sheep farm and what has worked for us. With that in mind, I hope you enjoy this video.
Sheep and sheep farming is our passion and we hope that the love we have for what we do is obvious to you the viewers. Our operation is a large scale, purebred seed stock sheep farm combining the best of pasture and confinement to manage the flock for maximum comfort, minimal stress, and producing a consistent, very high quality product.
I hope you enjoy this video. If you would like to follow along with us and experience life on a real live sheep farm on a daily basis, please subscribe do that you don't miss a single episode! It doesn't cost anything to do so and you can cancel at any time. I think some people think that subscribing costs or locks you into something. All it does is notify you when I post a new video. I felt it may be helpful to clarify that because from talking with people in person, I don't think a lot of people realize that about pushing the subscribe button. Thank you for taking the time to watch! We love to hear from you so be sure to leave a comment as well.
Thank you!

RUNRIG - DRUMNADROCHIT (BEAT THE DRUM VENUE) - LOCH NESS
The Loch Ness 2007 Beat The Drum Gig was staged in Dumnadrochit. If you were not there and have only seen the DVD of the concert, here is your chance to take a look around the place.
The settlement grew up around a bridge over the River Enrick and the name Drumnadrochit is thought to be derived from the Scottish Gaelic and mean the 'Ridge of the Bridge'. The village lies on the A82 road, near a junction with the A831, adjoining the villages of Milton[disambiguation needed] to the West and Lewiston to the South.
Drumnadrochit in 2007.Historically it was within the local government county of Inverness (until 1975) and the Inverness district of the Highland local government region (1975 to 1996).
In 2006 the village hall celebrated its centenary.
Drumnadrochit is served by the local Gl...

Concepts have arrived. They will change the way we think about programming. Implementations are available in GCC and Clang. Many fundamental concepts are in the standard committee’s working paper and the next generation of the STL depends critically on concepts.
After briefly introducing concepts, I consider their role in design. What makes a good/useful concept? How do you design good concepts and use them well?
From a language-technical point of view, concepts are a way of constraining template arguments. From a design perspective, they are a focus comparable to user-defined types (classes): The intent is for a concept to represent a fundamen...

The International Space Station (ISS) is the largest modular space station currently in low Earth orbit. It is a multinational collaborative project involving five participating space agencies: NASA (United States), Roscosmos (Russia), JAXA (Japan), ESA (Europe), and CSA (Canada). The ownership and use of the space station is established by intergovernmental treaties and agreements. The station serves as a microgravity and space environment research laboratory in which scientific research is conducted in astrobiology, astronomy, meteorology, physics, and other fields. The ISS is suited for testing the spacecraft systems and equipment required for possible future long-duration missions to the Moon and Mars.
Quick Facts Station statistics, COSPAR ID ...
The ISS programme evolved from the Space Station Freedom, a 1984 American proposal to construct a permanently crewed Earth-orbiting station, and the contemporaneous Soviet/Russian Mir-2 proposal from 1976 with similar aims. The ISS is the ninth space station to be inhabited by crews, following the Soviet and later Russian Salyut, Almaz, and Mir stations and the American Skylab. It is the largest artificial object in space and the largest satellite in low Earth orbit, regularly visible to the naked eye from Earth's surface. It maintains an orbit with an average altitude of 400 kilometres (250 mi) by means of reboost manoeuvres using the engines of the Zvezda Service Module or visiting spacecraft. The ISS circles the Earth in roughly 93 minutes, completing 15.5 orbits per day.
The station is divided into two sections: the Russian Orbital Segment (ROS) is operated by Russia, while the United States Orbital Segment (USOS) is run by the United States as well as by the other states. The Russian segment includes six modules. The US segment includes ten modules, whose support services are distributed 76.6% for NASA, 12.8% for JAXA, 8.3% for ESA and 2.3% for CSA.
Roscosmos had previously endorsed the continued operation of ROS through 2024, having proposed using elements of the segment to construct a new Russian space station called OPSEK. However, continued cooperation has been rendered uncertain by the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine and subsequent international sanctions on Russia, who theoretically, may lower, redirect, or cut funding from their side of the space station due to the sanctions set on them.
The first ISS component was launched in 1998, and the first long-term residents arrived on 2 November 2000 after being launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on 31 October 2000. The station has since been continuously occupied for 22 years and 3 days, the longest continuous human presence in low Earth orbit, having surpassed the previous record of 9 years and 357 days held by the Mir space station. The latest major pressurised module, Nauka, was fitted in 2021, a little over ten years after the previous major addition, Leonardo in 2011. Development and assembly of the station continues, with an experimental inflatable space habitat added in 2016, and several major new Russian elements scheduled for launch starting in 2021. In January 2022, the station's operation authorization was extended to 2030, with funding secured within the United States through that year. There have been calls to privatize ISS operations after that point to pursue future Moon and Mars missions, with former NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine stating: "given our current budget constraints, if we want to go to the moon and we want to go to Mars, we need to commercialize low Earth orbit and go on to the next step."
The ISS consists of pressurised habitation modules, structural trusses, photovoltaic solar arrays, thermal radiators, docking ports, experiment bays and robotic arms. Major ISS modules have been launched by Russian Proton and Soyuz rockets and US Space Shuttles. The station is serviced by a variety of visiting spacecraft: the Russian Soyuz and Progress, the SpaceX Dragon 2, and the Northrop Grumman Space Systems Cygnus, and formerly the European Automated Transfer Vehicle , the Japanese H-II Transfer Vehicle, and SpaceX Dragon 1. The Dragon spacecraft allows the return of pressurised cargo to Earth, which is used, for example, to repatriate scientific experiments for further analysis. As of April 2022, 251 astronauts, cosmonauts, and space tourists from 20 different nations have visited the space station, many of them multiple times.
In the early 1980s, NASA planned to launch a modular space station called Freedom as a counterpart to the Soviet Salyut and Mir space stations.
Drumnadrochit is served by the local Glen Urquhart High School. The village is home to shinty team Glenurquhart Shinty Club.
The village is popular with tourists and there are three hotels. Attractions include several Loch Ness Monster exhibitions, and the nearby Urquhart Castle which is one of the most visited sites owned by Historic Scotland. A winter event, Drums and Rockets, has also recently commenced.[ Agriculture and forestry are also major local employers to.

From a design perspective, they are a focus comparable to user-defined types (classes): The intent is for a concept to represent a fundamental concept in an applications domain (hence the name “concept”).
I will mention technical issues recently resolved or currently being resolved in the committee, but my primarily focus is not concepts as a language mechanism but as a support for the development of good software.
