Producing extremely low operational noise output at just 62dB, the EcoSweep 2000 minimises public disturbance during operation. Meaning you can start bright and early without the risk of complaints, as Braden Light demonstrated in Sydney this morning. Even our furry friends didn't bat an eyelid!

Manly Council Outdoor Fitness - You Tried - How Not to Train
A few points noted on Manly Council's outdoor fitness equipment, located in North Manly:
1. The chest press moves from zero resistance to a fixed resistance which feels horrible to exercise with. The seat is non-adjustable and the resistance cannot be adjusted to meet individual strength levels.
2. The decline abdominals equip is outstandingly slippery and hard on the spine/hips/joints. One tends to just slide off.
3. The cross-trainer has unsynchronised left and right sides, which means the cross-training "running" movement is very difficult to do without looking highly uncoordinated.
4. The hanging leg raise has really awkward elbow rests - these are quite wide and hard (no padding) so again there's a good chance one will slip through.
I suggest there be more functional, biomechan...

Manly Council has spent over $200,000 trying to sell off this freely accessible public foreshore.

I suggest there be more functional, biomechanically sound adult exercise playgrounds around the northern beaches, such as those found at Santa Monica beach (monkey bars, rings, balance beams, high and low pull-up bars, etc).
