"I'm Telling You Now" is a song by Freddie Garrity and Mitch Murray, originally performed by Freddie and the Dreamers that hit number one on the American Billboard Hot 100 in 1965. Murray also wrote songs for other British artists during the 60s, including Gerry and the Pacemakers, Manfred Mann, and Georgie Fame. "I'm Telling You Now" was first released in 1963 on Capitol Records, USA/Canada and on Columbia, UK/India/Netherlands/Sweden, and was not successful. Two years later, Capitol's subsidiary, Tower Records, re-released the song, which became extremely popular, and propelled Freddie and the Dreamers to pop-music stardom.
Roland (Frankish: Hruodland) (died 15 August 778) was a Frankish military leader under Charlemagne who became one of the principal figures in the literary cycle known as the Matter of France. The historical Roland was military governor of the Breton March, responsible for defending Francia's frontier against the Bretons. His only historical attestation is in Einhard's Vita Karoli Magni, which notes he was part of the Frankish rearguard killed by rebellious Basques in Iberia at the Battle of Roncevaux Pass.
The story of Roland's death at Roncevaux Pass was embellished in later medieval and Renaissance literature. He became the chief paladin of the emperor Charlemagne and a central figure in the legendary material surrounding him, collectively known as the Matter of France. The first and most famous of these epic treatments was the Old FrenchChanson de Roland of the eleventh century.
Two masterpieces of Italian Renaissance poetry, the Orlando innamorato and Orlando furioso, are even further detached from history than the earlier Chansons. Roland is poetically associated with his sword Durendal, his horse Veillantif, and his oliphant horn.
A sequel, Borderlands 2, was released worldwide in September 2012.
Gameplay
Borderlands includes character-building elements found in role-playing games, leading Gearbox to call the game a "role-playing shooter". At the start of the game, players select one of four characters, each with a unique special skill and with proficiencies with certain weapons. The four characters are: Roland the Soldier, Mordecai the Hunter, Lilith the Siren, and Brick the Berserker. From then on, players take on missions assigned through non-player characters or from bounty boards, each typically rewarding the player with experience points, money, and sometimes a reward item. Players earn experience by killing both human and non-human foes and completing in-game challenges (such as getting a certain number of kills using a specific type of weapon). As they gain levels from experience growth, players can then allocate skill points into a skill tree that features three distinct specializations of the base character; for example, Mordecai can become specialized in sniping, gunslinging with revolvers, or using his pet Bloodwing to assist in kills and health boosting. Players can distribute points among any of the specializations, and can also spend a small amount of in-game money to redistribute their skill points.
When running internationally, the train was also operated by the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB-CFF-FFS); between 1969 and 1979 its operators included the Italian State Railways (FS).
The train was named after the statue of Roland that was erected in the market square (Rathausplatz) of Bremen, Germany, in 1404 and has since become a symbol of that city. The Roland depicted in the statue was a Frankish military leader under Charlemagne.
Over the years, the termini, route, classification and formation (consist) of the Roland varied significantly. However, in view of the train's name the route always included Bremen Hbf, in Bremen. When introduced in 1939, the Roland was a Fernschnellzug (FD). After its post-war revival in 1952, it ran as a Schnellzug (D). After about 1956, it was a first-class-only F-Zug.

A better explanation of the synchronization process with Roland VS multitrack mixers. There has been confusion regarding Digital sync, MIDIclock, MTC and Synctrack.
Midiclock:
The manual for the VS2000 and 1880 says that these machines do not work as midiclock slaves. These machines can be midiclock masters. Midiclock is a sync that works with Tempo Map and Syntrack. So once you set up the tempo map midiclock uses this as its sync method. The beauty of tempo map is that the grid will then be set to the tempo map. For example when you move from one point on the grid to the next and the beat is set to 4/4 you will 4 jog dial clicks. This makes moving through the song and finding the down beat extremely easy. If you are using midiclock then the other machines needs to be set to midiclock or synctrack. In the case of two or more Roland VS machines the slave machine needs to have a tempo map(thus turn the slave to sync track) or have the slave be locked digitally (digital in)
MTC:
This uses the time line 00:00:00:00. You have to set the offset, and the frame rate. If you are using MTC then the device connected to it must be set to MTC as well.
Digital:
There is a setting called Digital I/O. This has three options, Int, Digital In and Ext Time code. If you click digital In the VS will tell you that it is now "Digital In locked" :- thus getting its sync signal through the digital in port on the back. So if you want to link the machines digitally you can but one has to drive the other. Two linked machines can't be both on Int. One has to be "Int" and the other "digital In".
MMC:
This is also a master and slave relationship and it works along side all of the above sync methods. This is info that goes through the Midi cable just like MTC and Midiclock. This onoly deals with the Play, stop, ff, rev buttons. One machine must be Master and the others Slaves. On the Slave machine you press record and it will wait for the play signal from the master before it does anything.
Note: I am not sure if the VS slave is reacting to the digital IN lock or if it is reacting to the the synctrack. I just know that this combination works. and it gives you the ability to have multiple machines record together and play back together in perfect unison.
Cheers
Ian

Lyrics
Hush my troubled mind and rest
I need to breathe and clear my head
Shut my eyes and dream of things
I could have done much differently
Wait for me now
I might come around I might come around to this
Find common ground
Before we lose our heads
Before we scrub our minds in bliss
I told you once I’ll tell you twice
you have my heart until I die
Built up with love torn down by pride
A family made from a new design
Wait for me now
I might come around I might come around to this
Find common ground
Before we lose our heads
Before we scrub our minds in bliss
The best is yet to come
At least you’re both still young
That’s what they said to us
But my God what have we done
"The best is yet to come"
