Covansys Corporation was a global consulting and technology services company, specializing in outsourcing of personnel and services, headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The company specializes in industry-specific solutions, strategic outsourcing and integration services. Raj Vattikuti founded Covansys in 1985, originally named Complete Business Solutions, Inc., with five employees. By the beginning of 2007, the company had over 8,400 employees and consultants spread across six international delivery centers and 21 offices worldwide. Vattikuti served as the President and CEO of Covansys Corporation.
On Wednesday, April 25, 2007, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Covansys entered into an agreement based on which CSC acquired Covansys for $34.00 per share in cash, or approximately $1.3 billion). The acquisition was completed in July 2007.

Formerly established in 1976 as a rebroadcaster of Matane's CBGA, CBSI was launched as a separate station in 1982. The station now has several rebroadcasters of its own throughout Quebec's Côte-Nord and in parts of Labrador.
Programming
The station's current local programs are Bonjour la côte, in the mornings from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., and Boréale 138 in the afternoons, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. CBSI-FM also co-produces D'Est en est, a pan-regional program produced in turn with CBGA-FM and CJBR-FMRimouski, and heard afternoons during the summer months. On public holidays, its local programs are replaced with Chez nous le matin from CBF-FM-8 in Trois-Rivières and L'heure de pointe from CBJ-FM in Saguenay. Its Saturday morning program, Samedi et rien d'autre, originates from CBF-FMMontreal.
