Health & Wellness
The WCC Health and Wellness Program focuses on events designed to support and encourage student health and well-being, including but not limited to mental health, physical health, queer health, reproductive justice, non-Western medicine, sexual health, etc. The program particularly focuses on the health and well-being of gender marginalized communities including Womxn, Queer, Trans, and Non-Binary folks of color. Program offerings highlight historically marginalized practices of self and community preservation rooted in collective healing and care of the mind, body, and spirit. The WCC partners with other campus offices and departments such as CAPS, the Weiland Health Initiative, and SARA to cross-promote initiatives pertaining to health and well-being for folks of marginalized identities.
