Murapol Group reported strong operational results for 2024, with net sales reaching 3,862 units, an increase of 7.8% y/y. The company signed 2,914 agreements with retail clients and transferred 2,915 units to customers, up 4.1% y/y. In the PRS (institutional rental) segment, 948 units were sold, with 670 handed over.

Murapol’s property portfolio includes over 19,300 units in 19 cities, with 7,756 units under construction. The company expanded into new markets, including Lublin, and continues to grow its land bank. Murapol aims to strengthen its market position further, with new projects planned for 2025, including an entry into Warsaw. Murapol debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in December 2023 and emphasizes sustainability and ESG initiatives.
