As night falls, head to Dr. Jose Rizal Park (1007 12th Ave S) for a sunset selfie. Nearby Daejeon Park (1144 Sturgus Ave S) features grassy lawns and an ornately designed Korean pavilion, and tiny Katie Black’s Garden (1150 S Atlantic St) is a delightful sliver of fragrant flower beds and plantings with a Japanese-style design. Get a vigorous workout at Seattle Bouldering Project’s (900 Poplar Pl S) rock-climbing gym.
