Seventy Six Taverns is a new bar by Station Casinos with gaming, crafted food, and specialty drinks. Expect ahi tuna nachos and cowboy burgers, a variety of wines, and 20 ice-cold beers on tap. And the bar from the local casino giant is equipped with more than 20 televisions that set the scene for game day watch parties — plus the bartop has 15 new gaming machines.

Jive Turkey is a new neighborhood bar from industry veterans Sam Pulliam and Adam O’Donnell. Here, cocktails take the form of a sherry cobbler and a tropical tequila blend served in a tin can. The bar serves bites like smashed cheeseburgers, a Chicago dog slathered in relish, and a fried chicken sandwich. The house playlist is a laid-back mix of rock, blues, jam, funk and hip-hop — until live bands take the stage..

Bar Ginza

The shelves at Bar Ginza are lined with more than 100 different bottles of Japanese whiskey, ranging from the owners’s personal favorites sourced directly from Japan to more covetous varieties like Nikka Taketsuru 21 Year Old and Hakushu 18 Year Old. Beyond whiskey, Bar Ginza also pours Japanese gin and vodka, beer, and cocktails. It’s all inside an intimate bar with displays of artistically designed bottles and Japanese souvenirs.

The Wine Cellar at the Rio first opened in 1997 and, in its heyday, the Wine Cellar stored a museum-like collection of rare vintages worth more than $2.2 million. It closed in 2020 and has just reopened with its Tuscany-inspired decor, the cave-like arches, plus new additions like charcuterie and even dinner provided by VooDoo Steak. And that’s not to mention the wine — with both everyday wines and ultra-expensive vintages on offer.

Bruno Mars’s bar and music venue has a cool throwback feel with vintage-style furnishings, velvet seating, and walls adorned with lightbulbs, mirrors, and curtains. “I’ve been performing in Vegas for years, and I’ve always wanted a place where I could throw glamorous parties when I’m in town. A place that felt like my personal penthouse suite, with live music and sensational cocktails. The Pinky Ring is that,” Mars said in a statement.

This bar at José Andrés’s new Bazaar Mar restaurant is a wine and tapas bay by night — and an inventive Spanish-style coffee shop during the day. A new concept for the Bar Centro brand, this location inside the Shops at Crystals is open until around 4 p.m. to serve coffee drinks and crescent-shaped Spanish xuixo pastries, laminated spiral ensaïmada pastries with fillings like berries and fresh cream, and pressed sandwiches.

Swingers Crazy Golf

Swingers Las Vegas will open at the Mandalay Bay with four golf courses, cocktail golf carts, an arcade, and New York’s Emmy Squared pizzeria. Swingers takes over the 40,000-square-foot space on the Las Vegas Strip that used to be the Light nightclub and goes all-in on whimsy with mini golf courses themed to settings like a clocktower, a hot air balloon, a carousel, and a meteorite. Cocktails, like the Spiked Orange Crush frozen drink can be ordered at the bar or by roving golf cart caddies.

The Durango Casino’s new lounge does for the southwest property what Red Rock Resort does for the Summerlin casino. It’s a chic cocktail lounge from Clique Hospitality with cozy furnishings, a menu of pretty cocktails and bites of sushi and Kobe beef sliders, and an indoor-outdoor area for enjoying mild weather.

The new sports bar in southwest Las Vegas can seat 160 sports fans in its main dining room under color-changing LED cloud lights shaped after basketballs. And even the patio seats offer a prime view of one of the 37 HDTVs located throughout as well as on a 170” LED screen. And you can order sliders, sandwiches, and sushi.

Set in the heart of Henderson’s beer district, this distillery has reopened following its two-year closure. The fully operational distillery gives tours of its production process but visitors can also stop by for tastings of vodka and white rum or belly up to the bar for cocktails like an espresso martini with Las Vegas Distillery cold brew coffee liqueur and local roaster Dark Moon Coffee roasters espresso.
