Healthy Korean fare for less than $12 makes a move into Anthem. Bibim Kitchen Healthy Korean Bowl brings bibimbap, a 5,000-year-old Korean tradition. Here, customers build-their-own rice bowls.

Customers start by choosing a classic bowl or hot stone bowl, then a base of purple or white rice. Protein choices include beef bulgogi, chicken bulgogi, spicy pork bulgogi, salmon or organic tofu. Veggie choices range from lettuce, carrots and radishes to shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts and kimchi. Patrons then add a sauce, such as Sriracha mayo, bean paste, teriyaki or sweet and spicy. Bowls can be topped with a fried egg, sesame seeds, sesame oil or seaweed strips.

Rice burgers are promised to be on the way.

Japchae, seafood or veggie pancakes, and fried dumplings fill out the menu.
