The remaining seven are dumped in Niagara Falls for their next challenge, where it is revealed that due to one person winning a second chance challenge on the Aftermath is debuting onto the show and that the teams have merged with 8 people. The challenges have a wedding theme, leading to added tension for three particular couples. A powerful manipulator convinces the others to vote off a contestant they considered a threat, forcing one of the friendliest competitors to leave the plane.
Plot
The episode opens with a semi-feral-looking Ezekiel taking a piece of cheese from a rat, desperately eating it, and hiding after noticing the sleeping contestants being dragged to the cargo hold area by the interns. The scene then cuts to a sleeping Owen having a pleasant dream, in which he is naked and floating with balloons in the clouds. As Alejandro begins popping balloons with candy canes, the dream quickly transforms into a nightmare, prompting Owen to tell Alejandro that he cannot use candy canes for evil. Alejandro laughs evilly at Owen, popping all his balloons at once. When Owen falls in his dream after the balloons are all popped, he wakes up and notices that he and the other contestants have been dropped out of the plane.
Owen screams and wakes up the others. While falling, two swan pedal boats are also falling with them. The contestants cling onto the boats as they fall and land in the water, prompting Sierra to question her mother's crush on Chris, as Owen shouts "Water!" which annoys Courtney, but then they all realize they are heading towards a massive waterfall. While praying to live, Courtney promises to tutor any stupid person, even Duncan, which makes him promise to forget what she said. Cody says that if they survive the ordeal, he will let Sierra kiss him. Everyone stares at him in shock and he tells them they are all going to die anyway. Upon hearing this, Sierra becomes determined to get her kiss. She ties Owen to a rope, uses her monstrous strength to throw him into the other boat as an anchor, before furiously paddling both boats to safety. Sierra then kisses Cody as her reward, prompting a horrified Cody to brush his teeth rapidly and throw up in the confessional.
On shore, Chris reveals their location by telling the contestants that Niagara Falls is awesome, explaining that it is the jewel in Canada's crown and one of the top ten natural wonders in the world, also known for its fabulous casino, the place where they will head for the next part of the challenge, only to find themselves in the concert theater because all of them are under age. Owen wonders if anyone will perform there, and Chris confirms it, saying that a second-chance challenge was held in the last Aftermath show, where one of the losers, who will perform a number, earned their spot back in the game. Both Duncan and Cody want it to be Gwen, annoying Courtney and Sierra. However, it is revealed that the one performing in the musical number is Blaineley, whom most of the contestants don't really know about. Blaineley sings "Blainerific," where she brags about herself.
When Blaineley asks which "lame" team she is on, Chris announces that she is on her own because, as of now, the teams are disbanded. While Courtney and Heather cheer on the news, the guys agree to be close, even though they aren't teammates anymore. Chris then announces that, since they are in the honeymoon capital of the world, they will be in pairs for an "arranged marriages." The boys are placed in a giant casino machine, while the girls will pull the lever to see who will be their husband to team up for today's challenge and for Chris' own amusement, adding a bear in the slot machine, too. Sierra pulls first and gets Alejandro, but Sierra shuts the door, smashing his arm, begging Chris not to have him. Heather takes him instead, greatly upsetting Courtney.
Courtney |
“ | Eliminate Duncan from game is now number two on my to-do list. Welcome to number one, Heather! | ” |
Blaineley then pulls the lever and gets Owen, whom she is fine with because he is the audience favorite. This shocks Owen, as Blaineley explains that nothing is more critical on television than one's likeablity index, claiming she has studied the other contestants', too. Blaineley then sees Owen's face and asks about it, to which Owen responds that he thinks he washed it yesterday, causing Blaineley to suggest that he needs some makeup on his cheeks, requesting the producers' assistance — as she would during her hosting shows — but ultimately being ignored.
Blaineley |
“ | What kind of T.V. show doesn't have makeup department? This cast needs to get some gumption and some agents. | ” |
Courtney once again prays, asking that she does not get paired with Duncan, which happens when she is paired with a bear, by whom she ends up getting mauled. Then pulls again and gets Duncan, who tries to escape, leaving both of them unhappy. Sierra is then left with Cody, much to his dismay.
In the first part of the challenge, the grooms must guide their blindfolded brides to a wedding dress while avoiding several obstacles in the first part of the competition, and if they don't get a dress, they can't move on to the next challenge. Duncan messes with Courtney during the challenge, giving her false directions and making her fall on a pudding-filled pool.
Duncan |
“ | I need immunity, especially around Alejandro, but sticking it to Courtney just feels so right! And that can't be wrong. | ” |
While Alejandro and Heather bicker before Heather succeeds in getting to the dress first, Cody makes Sierra fall off the stage on purpose because he doesn't like being Sierra's groom. Then, as Duncan guides Courtney, she refuses to obey his orders because she doesn't trust him, causing her to fall into yet another pool of pudding, distracting Owen, who is craving pudding. Blaineley asks Owen for instructions, but a puzzled Owen sends her in the wrong direction, causing her to crash into a massive wedding cake, which irritates her. When Owen tries to console her by saying that it's just cake, Blaineley says she gained five pounds by just touching it. However, Owen comments on how tasty it looks, prompting Blaineley to taste the cake, which she loves, despite the fact that she hasn't eaten sugar in years. Blaineley describes the cake as a vanilla-flavored paradise with a hint of lemon, which she later eats from a plate in the confessional.
Alejandro, fed up with Duncan's decision to mess with Courtney, leads her to her dress with ease, annoying Duncan, whom Alejandro reminds to be strategic rather than emotional. Courtney to exclaim that she is thankful there is at least one gentleman there.
Heather |
“ | I don't know what kind of weddings Alejandro has been to, but each groom gets one bride. One! | ” |
When Chris announces that the challenge is over, Sierra literally runs through the obstacles and somehow gets the last dress to everyone's shock and bewilderment.
Cody |
“ | What? How?! Does she have some kind of creepy wedding-dress radar implanted in her? | ” |
For the second part of the challenge, Chris explains that the grooms must hold their brides on a tightrope as they walk through Niagara Falls — which is packed with hungry sharks below because Chris thought they weren't quite unpleasant enough — and then they must successfully clear customs, saying that the first pair to do so wins invincibility and first class. The thought of sharks scares Courtney and Owen, the latter of whom claims he is a shark buffet. Since Alejandro and Heather were the first couple to get a dress, they get a head start. Before they start, Alejandro tells Duncan that Owen's popularity makes him a threat to them, and they make a deal: if Duncan votes off Owen, Alejandro will vote with him next, even if it's Courtney — to which Duncan apparently agrees.
Duncan |
“ | So I let him think I was going along with it. Nobody tells me what to do. | ” |
When the challenge starts, Alejandro charms Heather by picking her up as he reminds her about their head-start advantage, annoying Courtney in the process.
Courtney |
“ | Okay, so eliminating Heather is now number, one, two, three and five of my top five goals. Ripping out Duncan's eyebrow ring is number four. | ” |
Sierra and Cody are up next. Cody worriedly stands on the edge, staring intently at the rocks below. Sierra thinks he looks sick and asks to carry him instead, which he is about to decline until she carries him and runs through the rope, while she attempts to persuade Cody to say "I do" by asking him a series of questions, such as whether he likes her idea of buying him a convertible as a wedding present, to which he responds "Sure" and reminds her that the wedding theme is just for the game. She then asks him if he wants to phrase that, with a two-word phrase that begins with "I."
Sierra |
“ | Here is something Cody doesn't know. I became an ordained minister on the internet! I can marry Cody for real, yeah. I'll recite the ceremony really fast, and all he has to do is say 'I do.' | ” |
Meanwhile, Owen carries Blaineley. Annoyed, Blaineley tells him to hurry up because the other contestants are getting away, just as she lets out a fart, amazing Owen in the process. When Owen tries to describe the sound of her fart, Blaineley asks the editor of the show to cut that out, and although Owen consoles her by telling her it is fine to let it out, Blaineley is still unsure. To prove it, Owen lets out a loud fart, which he proudly calls "The Thundercracker."
In the front, Heather and Alejandro are arguing over who will be eliminated. Heather says she wants to vote Courtney out, warning Alejandro not to underestimate her, because she is smart and annoys her; however, Alejandro refuses because he feels he has control over her, suggesting that they vote Owen out. As they bicker, Alejandro "accidentally" loses his balance, sending him and Heather to fall into Niagara Falls.
Alejandro |
“ | [laughing] Of course I fell on purpose. I am a gifted balancer, but it would be unwise to appear too strong right now, with the teams just dissolved. I don't require immunity, thanks to my alliances with Heather, Owen, and Duncan, so I lay and wait like a crocodilo [sic]. A devilishly handsome crocodilo [sic]. | ” |
When Cody and Sierra reach customs, having to answer Chef's questions for the trivia part of the challenge, Sierra keeps trying to get Cody to say "I do." Chef claims that Sierra failed to declare her "crazy" status, having to go back, which cost them the challenge. The two then run into Owen and Blaineley on the tightrope. As neither of them wish to move back, they all end up falling into the water after Sierra kicks Owen in the knee and pulls Blaineley's hair extensions for upsetting Cody.
At customs, Courtney and Duncan angrily cross the tightrope without any difficulty and answer all the questions correctly, but end up fighting about how they can't stand each other. Chef asks the two if they have anything to declare. Duncan says that his "wifey" needs some mouthwash, and Courtney says that Duncan's piercings only distract people from his lack of personality. Duncan throws Courtney off of him, and Chris then announces that they won invincibility. The losing couples are seen swimming for their lives in order to get away from the sharks, using Owen as a raft.
Sierra |
“ | I've been waiting two seasons for this day. And now, it's ruined! I had something old: Chris! Something new: my wedding dress. And something borrowed: Cody's toothbrush. And now I've got something blue: me! Why couldn't he just say it, huh? Do you, Cody, take Sierra to be your wife forever and ever and ever?! | ” |
Cody and Alejandro are seen outside, with the former desperately needing to use the bathroom. When Sierra exits and asks Cody if he needs to go, Cody replies with "I do." Sierra, after catching that, thinks they are legally married and declares to Cody that she doesn't believe in divorce. Cody protests that it wasn't real, but isn't so certain himself. Alejandro then congratulates them since he's technically the witness, and asks for a favor in return which Sierra agrees to do. All she has to do is vote for Owen.
When the votes are counted, the votes go: two for Heather, two for Sierra, and four for Owen, meaning he's eliminated. Blaineley is genuinely sad for Owen, but fake-cries in an attempt to gain favor with the audience. While he is trying to exit the plane, Owen gets stuck in the exit and Alejandro kicks him out of the plane, only to get farted in the face by him. Chris then signs off the episode.

“ | (translated [[1]]) I can't believe it! I will miss the plane! But not the plane food. Oh, pizza with a lot of cheese, I’m coming to you! And to you, cake with 5 kinds of ice cream, marshmallows with ketchup, hot-dogs made in the microwave, fried collared greens, ginger beer gum, […], bacon-wrapped bananas, peanut butter, caramel and jam sandwiches… Butter chicken drinks…? | ” |

Goofs
- Ezekiel had a hole on his hoodie jacket on the right side of his stomach and another on his jeans under his left knee. The holes were originally on his right shoulder and on his right knee respectively.
- Also, the hole on his stomach shows his skin, meaning he doesn't wear a shirt underneath, but he does, as it is seen through the neck of his hoodie jacket.
- However, the shirt may have been cut as well.
- Also, the hole on his stomach shows his skin, meaning he doesn't wear a shirt underneath, but he does, as it is seen through the neck of his hoodie jacket.
- While the contestants are shown sleeping, Heather's ponytail is standing straight up.

- When Cody is in a chair while Blaineley is yelling at him, he had a right hand for his left hand.
- Blaineley's bracelets disappear twice in the episode:
- After yelling at Cody, her right bracelet disappears and reappears moments later.
- While Owen is guiding Blaineley to her wedding dress, her bracelets are missing. After she walks into the cake, they are back on her wrists.
- When Chef introduces the casino machine, the machine shows the faces of Owen, Alejandro, and Cody, but in the next scene the machine shows the faces of the bear, Owen, and Cody.

- Sierra's garter changes sides. When she and Cody are at "customs" and when they are walking back to the start, it's on the side facing the camera, even though she was facing first one direction and then the other.
- When the contestants cross over to customs, they are apparently crossing from the Canadian side of the falls to the American side, as evident by the respective flags placed at the starting and finishing lines of the course. However, when Duncan and Courtney arrive at the other side, Chef starts asking them questions about Canada, not the United States.
- When the contestants are first seen at the Barf Bag Ceremony, Courtney is missing her right arm.
- The Australian Broadcasting Company (ABC3) misspelled Niagara as "Niagra" in the title.
- When Sierra kisses Cody for accidentally saying "I do," her arm bands disappear for the rest of the scene.
- When Alejandro is in the confessional comparing himself to a crocodile, he mispronounces the word in Spanish, making it sound similar to how it is spelled in English when he says crocodilo instead of cocodrilo.
- When Blaineley approaches Owen after selecting him as her husband, the straps on her shoes are missing.
- This happens again when he is leading her to her wedding dress.
