The Wind Supe-Terrorist is an unnamed character in The Boys amazon Series. He is a supe powered criminal that used his powers to terrorize a small African village, before being killed by Homelander.

Season Two[]
After gaining his powers, he started using them to terrorize an African village for unknown reasons. Soon after, Homelander shows up and easily kills him by using his heat vision. However, Homelander accidentally hits a teenager who was standing behind the criminal with his heat vision, killing him in the process. This incident would end up temporarily damaging Homelander's reputation.

- Air Manipulation: He could create powerful gusts of wind by moving his hands. These air currents were powerful enough to send wooden chairs and other objects flying away.
- Superhuman Hearing: Being a supe, he has better hearing beyond that of ordinary humans, capable of hearing certain frequencies.[1]
