Background[]
Very little is known about Colin, except that he is affiliated with Starlight and the Starlighters. He was in a romantic relationship with Frenchie and, according to him, did drugs with him in the past. Unbeknownst to him, it was actually Frenchie that killed his family on the orders of Little Nina. The target of the murders were most likely Colin's mom. She was a federal judge that dealt with some of the worst cases, and she handled the case of Little Nina and her organized crime. Colin's mom, dad and little sister were killed that night, while Colin was hiding under the bed.
