^1 On Day 8, Martin was part of a tribemate exchange with the North Team and South Team. He was chosen to join the South Team, effectively returning him to the game. He also received Individual Immunity for his first Tribal Council back in the game.
^2 During the fifth cycle, both tribes competed in Fate Challenges where the winners would get to send castaways of their choice to the Tribal Council. Martin was not chosen and therefore was safe.
^3 Martin lost his right to vote during the seventh cycle, and failed to regain it during the Voting Challenge.
^4 After Helen was voted out, she smashed an Urn of Faith containing a duel and challenged Martin for his spot in the game. Martin won the duel against her and remained in the game.
^5 During the tenth and final cycle, the Final Seven competed in three Final Week Challenges, where the last place finisher in each challenge would be eliminated. Martin survived all three challenges and became part of the Final Four.
^6 For the Final Tribal Council, the last four eliminated castaways and the only finalist Kristofer became a jury, and were the only ones able to vote out one of the remaining three castaways Alexander, Lars-Olov or Martin.
