Challenge: Master of Puppets
The castaways will run through an obstacle course, collecting a ball along the way. At the end of the course, they will place the ball in a table maze and attempt to land it in its center while negotiating obstacles within the maze. The first person to land their ball wins.
Reward: Chinese takeout and letters from home at the sanctuary
Winner: Charlie Davis (shared with Kenzie Petty and Liz Wilcox)
Challenge: Splash Into Me
The castaways will swim to a tower, climb it, and jump off of it into the water. They will then swim to and walk over a net obstacle before crossing a balance beam. Once they have reached the final platform, they will solve a dolphin jigsaw puzzle. The first person to complete their puzzle wins.

- The name of the Immunity Challenge is a play on the rock song "Crash into Me".
- Q becomes the fifth person this season to be voted out while in possession of a Hidden Immunity Idol.
- He is also the fourth person in a row to be voted out with an idol.
- This is the first episode since "If It Smells Like a Rat, Give It Cheese" where all the votes were revealed to the audience before they were read.
- After this episode, Kenzie is the only remaining member of the original Yanu tribe.
