Suuri yleisö tuntee Jontte Valosaaren hänen musiikillisista ansioistaan, mutta nykyisin mies keskittyy virkatyöhönsä palomiehenä. Uusi elämänvaihe on vienyt Jonten perheineen kauas popmaailman glamourista säihkeestä. Hän sanoo saavansa vihdoin nauttia täysin siemauksin erakon elämästä metsän keskellä.
Jontesta löytyy aimo annos rauhallista isähahmoa: hänelle on helppo tulla puhumaan, ja mies sanookin olevansa tottunut olemaan monelle olkapäänä. Jontte ei aio kuitenkaan tehdä Selviytyjissä erävahvuuksistaan numeroa, ja olkapään sijaan tarjolla on kyynärpäätä, mikäli kilpailu sen vaatii.
