La Isla: El Reality[]
Gabriela was chosen by Fernando Alonso to be part of the Mono tribe. During her time as a member of this tribe, she was characterized by her skills, strength, methodicity and determination. She was an element of great importance for her tribe to continue to exist. However, despite her efforts, in the tribe switch, she was chosen to be part of the Serpiente tribe. Her skills, together with those of her new teammates, were not enough and they lost the Immunity Challenge, then during the Final Challenge, Gabriela decided not to compete, since she was loyal to the tribe where she was, and that was why it was impossible for her to compete against her tribe mates.
The following week, her tribe lost again, and one night before the trial, her teammate Francisco Covarrubias put together a plan while everyone was asleep to vote against Gabriela. The next day this comes true, leaving Gabriela nominated along with Chacho Gaytán, and subsequently her former Mono tribe decided to eliminate her because of the threat she represented, regardless of the fact that she was once Fernando's ally.
