Create an email signature in Mail on iCloud.com
You can create a plain text signature that appears automatically on every email you send from Mail on iCloud.com.

Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).

Click
at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Settings.
Click Composing, scroll down, select “Add a signature,” then type your signature text.
The signature appears on any new emails you send.
Stop using an email signature
You can stop using a signature on any new emails you send.
Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Click
at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Settings.
Click Composing, then deselect “Add a signature.”
