Investigating -
Starting around 3 AM on 22nd November, 2024 our engineers began investigating an issue with clicking SSL click tracked links in emails wherein the recipients are receiving 500 Origin Error. The origin server is not reachable or returns an error.
The issue has only been observed so far for customers using KeyCDN for their SSL click tracking configuration.
Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and will provide updates within the next hour or as new information becomes available.
