Resolved - Earlier today, around 2:00 PM PST, some users experienced UI issues where the side navigation menus incorrectly displayed "Disabled for EU Users" labels across available functionality. After investigation, our team identified the cause of the erroneous labels and deployed a fix and confirmed resolved at approximately 2:10 PM PST. All UI functionalities have been restored and verified operational.

Investigating - Starting around 11:52pm PT, May 2nd, our engineers started investigating an issue where users are unable to access full functionalities of their account plan changes (upgrades/downgrades), as well as for some new users that are unable to log in at the moment.

Resolved - Starting around May 2nd, 08,30, PST time, an issue with elevated numbers of blocked bounces for Apple Private Relay began occurring. As a workaround on May 6th, 08:06 PST time, our engineers set these blocks as deferrals so emails can enter the retry queue and be re-sent again. Mail send was affected during this time.

No further action is needed and issue is now solved.
